"Outstanding Service Along Nutt Road" Commercial Pressure Washing in Centerville, OH

Mark, the president of the hidden Creek Lakes HOA community in a lovely neighborhood off of Nutt Road in Centerville, Ohio just off of State Route 48 and in between Clyo Road, was looking for a professional pressure washing company that also offered commercial pressure washing in the area that could come out and take a look at their beautiful and gorgeous stone, retainer walls and caps. They had a couple walls along their pond that is taken care of by our good friends at Lake Doctors out of Centerville, Ohio as well. And there are a couple walls along the entrances of the neighborhood that have signs stating "Hidden Creek Lakes". We got the contact form at night in early March 2025, and by the next morning we were out with our boots on the ground checking out what the entire project entailed! We also went ahead and gave Mark a phone call within 30 minutes of our in-person quote to touch base of any other questions and concerns we had about the project like the grass, water supply, and our process and why we do it best here at Salo’s Pressure Washing! We went ahead and sent an official quote within another hour, and then heard exception of the quote and immediately scheduled according to the neighborhood's and Mark's best schedule practices. We used our soft washing technique to actually treat the organic growth at the roots of the stone retainer walls around the community, because like Mark realized, even when they would power wash it in the past or hire another company, it would always get dirty right away again because they never treated the spore of the growth, they only knocked off the top surface of dirt and grime, which allows quicker exponential growth of the organic growth leading to a black wall. Within within the day, we knocked out all of the walls in an efficient and unbelievably great transformative way. Turning the walls from black to white. All the grass was good to go and also thoroughly watered for early spring!
